Privacy Policy for RewardFlow

RewardFlow ("we", "us", or "our") operates the RewardFlow mobile application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user data in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

To operate the app and manage rewards, we may collect the following information:

Account Information

Name and Email Address (used for login, reward balance management, and syncing progress across devices)

Device Information

Device model, operating system version, and app instance identifiers

Used for app functionality, fraud prevention, and ensuring fair reward distribution

Advertising ID (Google AAID)

Used to attribute rewarded advertisements, prevent abuse, and optionally deliver personalized ads

Users can reset or limit ad personalization at any time via Android settings

2. Third-Party Services

RewardFlow uses trusted third-party SDKs that may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services – core functionality and security

FairBid (Digital Turbine / Fyber) – ad mediation and rewarded ads

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – app performance monitoring and crash reporting

Retrofit / OkHttp – secure API communication

Glide – image loading and caching

These services process data only to perform tasks on our behalf.

3. Data Security

Encryption: All network communication is protected using HTTPS/TLS

Local Storage: Sensitive tokens are stored using encrypted storage (androidx.security:security-crypto)

Retention: Data is retained only while the account remains active

4. Account & Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data.

In-App: Account deletion request via app settings

Once requested, all associated data (account, rewards, ad identifiers) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Advertising & User Choices

Users can opt out of personalized ads or reset their Advertising ID via
Settings → Google → Ads

Collected data may also be used to detect fraud, bot activity, or multiple account abuse

6. Children’s Privacy

RewardFlow is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such data is identified, it is deleted immediately.

7. App Permissions

INTERNET – fetch ads, rewards, and sync data

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – check connectivity

AD_ID – used for advertising attribution and rewarded ads (Android 13+)
